Some general questions?

Im new to hackintosh's and just have a couple of question. (I apologise if any of the questions are stupid haha)

Can I install the mac os x via the app store, or is it better to install it using the official dvd-rom.
Do these specs look okay to run a hackintosh, can you see any obvious problems etc.
