Apple Wants Court To Sanction Samsung For Releasing Rejected Evidence By Ruling It Infringes On iPhone Patents
Couple of days back, Samsung publicly released evidence that it had been barred from presenting in court. The company claimed that it proves that Apple’s iPhone was inspired by Sony products.
AllThingsD reports that Apple has asked the judge to sanction Samsung by ruling in its favor for releasing the rejected evidence to the press.
