Samsung Issues Internal Memo To Employees Regarding $1 Billion Verdict
Apple’s CEO Tim Cook had sent an email on the day the $1 billion verdict was announced in the company’s favor, telling employees that the lawsuit was more “about values”, “much more important than patents or money”.
Samsung has also sent an internal memo to its employees, in which it claims that they tried to negotiate with Apple rather than head to court.
