iFixYouri Claims iPhone 4 Can't Handle a Fall

Well here's a story that'll break your heart...of glass. Repair technicians at iFixYouri reportedly claim that the glass in the iPhone 4 may be more prone to breaking than its precedessors. Apple uses aluminosilicate glass on both the front and the back of the new iPhone and claim that it is "20 times stiffer and 30 times harder than plastic," but the site disputing the claim believes that it is possible to shatter the glass with just a simple drop on the ground.iFixYouri dropped the iPhone 4, sans innards, from 3.5 feet. The third drop eventually caused the entire front surface to crack and damage the device's external chassis. The site believes that the problem lies in the placement of the glass. That looks like it really hurt. iFixYouri adds that the iPhone 4 may survive falls if it manages to evade hitting the ground flat.
