Court Orders Apple and Amazon to Negotiate a Settlement Before Trial
Today a judge ordered Apple and Amazon to try to reach a settlement by March 21st in their ongoing dispute over the “app store” name. Earlier this month a portion of Apple’s suit against Amazon over the app store name was thrown out this month.
