Tweetie to Become Twitter for iPhone
Twitter CEO Evan Williams has announced the acquisition of Atebits, the software company who amongst other things, are responsible for the Twitter client Tweetie. This comes on the back of the release of Twitter’s official BlackBerry app and represents not only a considerable investment, but a considerable desire to compete with third-party developers too.
