Verizon General Counsel says President Obama should intervene in Apple-Samsung case
Last month, the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled that Apple infringed on a Samsung patent relating to the CDMA standard, and issued an order to ban sales of older Apple devices like the AT&T iPhone 4 and iPad 2.
