Apple starts training support staff for iOS 7, iTunes Radio
Apple has started training its AppleCare support staff on the upcoming changes and features in the iOS 7 update, due to be released sometime next month. The company expects a lot of support calls from customers who’ve updated their devices to iOS 7 and found that everything has changed.
