German appeals court lifts injunction blocking email push notifications for Apple’s iCloud
In early 2012, Apple was handed a setback in Germany when a court sided with Motorola in a patent infringement case and granted Motorola an injunction that blocked iCloud push email notifications. According to FOSS Patents, that injunction was recently stayed by a German appeals court.
