Breaking Bad fans sue Apple over shortened iTunes Season Pass
At least one Breaking Bad fan is upset with Apple and has filed a class action suit, claiming the company short-changed him and others on the Season Pass for the fifth season of the series. At the heart of the issue is a two-part Season Pass that split the 16 episode season in half, says a report by GigaOM. Fans who wanted to watch all 16 episodes had to buy the first eight episodes for $21.99 and then pony up another $21.99 for the last eight episodes.
