Inside Apple’s new A7 Chip: Dual-Core CPU, Quad-Core GPU, Secure Enclave with 3MB RAM
Few days, Chipworks and iFixit had given us an in-depth look at various iPhone 5s components including the A7 chip, the M7 coprocessor and the new iSight camera sensor.
Chipworks reports that they now have to transistor level pic of the A7 chip, and have provided some preliminary technical analysis of Apple’s new A-series chip.
