AT&T acknowledges iPhone 4 upload speed problems, promises fix
         

Some iPhone 4 owners have been complaining of slow, possibly even throttled, upload speeds when using AT&T's 3G network. AT&T has finally commented on the matter, and things should return to normal shortly.
