Samsung tops Apple in JD Power tablet customer satisfaction ratings, but doubts raised over methodology
Apple often likes to cite J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction ratings in its keynotes to highlight how its devices are the best in market, even if they don’t have the highest market share. But in J.D. Power’s latest tablet customer satisfaction report, it was Samsung and not Apple who topped the ratings.
