AT&T blocks bulk unofficial iPhone unlocks
While in the early days of the iPhone, software unlocking was quite popular, permanent factory unlocks took them over in popularity due to the unavailability of a software unlock for newer iPhones.
It appears that AT&T is now making it quite difficult for third-party unlock sellers to unlock iPhones in bulk.
