Apple faces class action lawsuit over the poor performance of iOS Maps app
Apple is facing a class action suit over the poor performance of its iOS Maps app that debuted in iOS 6. The suit was filed late last week by Nancy Romine Minkler with class action status that extends to other iOS device owners. It was filed in the San Jose office of California’s Northern District Court.
