It is a free download for either the iPhone or iPod touch, and it works for iPad, too--though you'll have to embiggen it. The secret behind the speedy Opera mobile browser is that it compresses data by up to 90 percent before content is sent to the device. Users have expressed seeing faster load times even when they had 3G disabled.
