Apple stops development of Aperture and iPhoto, to replace them with Photos for OS X
Apple today said that it is stopping the development of Aperture for OS X, its photo editing and management app targeted at pro users. Photos for OS X, briefly previewed at WWDC, will replace Aperture next year.
