Here's a bit from the campaign page that lays out what it's all about.

Just as apps have made their way to the world stage, a small community of developers has emerged as modern day artisans. Their obsession over the details of every interaction and pixel has given these unlikely leaders a voice in shaping software in a way that respects what it means to be human. At its core, App: The Human Story is a vehicle to look at what it means to be human in a world of technology.

Those are bold words, but the lineup of interviewees certainly merits them. App will feature big names from the Apple community like John Gruber and Jason Snell, along with over a dozen other influential, impassioned, and otherwise interesting folks.

You can secure a digital copy of the final product for a $12 pledge, which should be made available in December. Head over to
the App Kickstarter page for a look at the other reward tiers and to start backing. Who's in?

<img width='1' height='1' src='
