soft-launching in Canada earlier this month, Indiegogo has pushed its app for
iPhone and
iPad worldwide, allowing more folks more direct access to its many crowdfunding efforts.</p> <!--break--> <p>Here's a quick description of the app's features:</p> <ul><li>Custom recommendations - Choose the campaign categories you're most interested in and check in daily to see new and popular projects we think you'll like.</li> <li>Campaign tracking - Save your favorite campaigns for easy access and receive a reminder before they end.</li> <li>Campaign management - Get notified when your campaign receives new contributors and comments, and post project updates and photos on the spot.</li> <li>Contributor engagement - Respond to comments on your campaign page and send 'Thank You' notes, personal texts, and emails right from your phone.</li> </ul><p>Indiegogo also teased there are at least a couple of Easter eggs in the app, but didn't offer any details. An Android version is in the works as well, if that's for whatever reason your cup of tea.
