Apple TV seems to be quite popular with viewers, accounting for more online viewing than ABC's desktop and mobile apps combined. In the first month of availability, viewers watched 50% more live video through the Apple TV than through the desktop and mobile portals combined. ABC also found that 9PM Eastern is the prime time for Apple TV usage. Live programming also accounts for 20% of all video views for ABC News, and breaking news drives viewing, with the most views coming on July 17.</p> <p>ABC is also adding three new local stations to it's Apple TV lineup.
