China Earthquake Possibly Delaying iPad Cases

You may recall that in the first few days of ordering your iPad, once Apple began accepting orders, the accessories for said iPad were going to be delayed.  Of course it was to be expected that you'd be getting your accessories to go along with it soon.  But, according to the iPad Guru's order, you might have to wait a little while longer, and it could be due to the recent Chinese earthquake. The Guru said that they had spoken with several employees of FedEx trying to figure out how their iPad case could be "on schedule" for delivery today by 4:30 when yet, the case was still in Hong Kong.  Of the three representatives they spoke with, all did apologize for the delay.  But it was the response from the last one that said they were having delays due to the earthquake in China, but the case did allegedly leave Hong Kong today. As the Guru pointed out, the earthquake was far, far away from where his package had made it to in Hong Kong five days ago, well before the earthquake.  Not exactly putting the logic in logistics by any means. With that, has anyone else ran into delays with their iPad accessories?  Are you getting similar responses from FedEx?  Feel free to leave comments below!
