Irish Finance Minister expects EU to drop Apple tax investigation

Noonan's comments were made in Brussels, and he said that the EU doesn't have a strong case.</p> <!--break-->
<p>My legal advice is that the Irish authorities will win the case quite easily and that there isn't a very strong case by the Commission. It's more likely that investigation will be dropped rather than there being further investigations.</p>
