JailbreakMe, the Web-based app that lets iPhone owners easily jailbreak their devices in order to install apps not approved by Apple, exploits a flaw in the way the iPhone renders PDF documents. The process consists of a one-two punch, according to Charles Miller, principal analyst of software security at Independent Security Evaluators.
