leopard os x for pen drive

hi

Im quite new to macs and i could do with a little help.

I have been given an Imac g5 ppc running panther. i downloaded a torrent from hackintosh saying i could run leopard 10.5.6 from a usb.
I have followed the steps but when i come to place a partition one the drive, no options show to put GPT scheme on and when i click partition it says could not unmount disk.

I have looked all over the net for help and have found none, could someone help out at all thanks.
