Google’s Chromebook outsell the iPad for the first time in classrooms in the U.S.If the latest numbers from IDC are to be believed, Google’s Chromebooks have for the first time managed to outsell the Apple iPad in the United States. According to IDC’s data, Apple sold 702,000 units of the iPad, while Google and its OEM partners managed to ship 715,000 units of Chromebook in the third quarter of 2014.
