Apple decides to allow iCloud Drive upload feature in Transmit app after all

The move was made a couple of days after the app's developer, Panic, announced it was removing that feature due to a request from Apple.

Earlier this week, Panic said that the Transmit app "cannot upload content to iCloud Drive unless the content was created in the app itself" because that would be a violation of Apple's data storage guidelines, However, in a Twitter message today, Panic stated, "Update: late Wednesday we got a nice call from Apple. We have resubmitted Transmit iOS with 'Send To" (iCloud Drive et al.) restored." There's no word on why Apple decided to change its mind on this issue.

$9.99 - Download now[/url]

Source: Panic (Twitter)
