David P Sumner Releases Circular Tic Tac Toe 1.0 for iPad
Distinguished professor emeritus David Sumner today announces Circular Tic Tac Toe 1.0, his new board game for iPad. Circular Tic Tac Toe is as easy to learn as the traditional game, but with considerable tactical and strategic complexity. Vastly more challenging and fun than tic tac toe, players place pieces on a circular board, trying to be the first to get four in a row. The computer can serve as the opponent at any of five levels - from easy to expert.
