Vimeo has updated
Cameo, the video editing app for iPhone that it purchased last year, with a complete overhaul, stripping it down to its basic components, and focusing entirely on video editing. Cameo doesn't shoot video itself, and instead needs access to your own video library.<!--break--> Once you add your videos, you can cut down their length, and even add multiple videos into a single creation. So if, for instance, you went on a trip with your family, taking several videos, you could cut and combine all of them into a single video of the trip.</p> <p>Going beyond cutting, you can add a number of effects and filters to your videos. You can also add music to your videos, which can be selected from Vimeo's library of free tracks. While the original Cameo tried to combine elements of a social network into the app, it now settles for being able to share your videos on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and of course, Vimeo.
