Apple seeds iOS 9.3 beta 3 to developersApple has released the second beta version of iOS 9.3 to developers. Developers can grab this new build from the iOS Developer Resource Center, or as an over-the-air update on an iPhone or iPad running the previous beta. Expected to arrive later this year, iOS 9.3 will bring a number of enhancements to the iPhone and iPad user experience.
