Production decreased by a little over 20,000 units <a data-i13n="cpos:2;pos:1" href="
https://ir.tesla.com/press-release/tesla-vehicle-production-deliveries-and-date-financial-results-webcast-first-quarter-2024">compared to quarter one[/url], but deliveries increased by nearly 15 percent. However, its distribution numbers are 4.8 percent lower than the same period in 2023. Tesla notes it "deployed 9.4 GWh of energy storage products in Q2, the highest quarterly deployment yet."</p>

The plant is Tesla's only one in Europe and had to close for a week while power was restored.</p>
