Fix mediaanalysisd using high CPU and gigabytes of disk space in macOS

Some Mac users notice processes called mediaanalysisd and mediaanalysisd-access sitting at the top of Activity Monitor while a hidden com.apple.mediaanalysisd folder quietly grows to tens of gigabytes.
