Apple says DOJ’s proposal will give ‘significant competitive advantage’ to Amazon
Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice in the revised remedy for the e-book price fixing case, which found Apple guilty of “conspiring” with five publishers to raise the retail prices of e-books, had accused Apple of implementing in-app purchase policies to retaliate against Amazon.
