Video: iPhone 4S on iOS 7.1.2 vs. iOS 8.0.2 – What has been your experience?

There have been concerns raised about the performance lag and other usability issues on older devices like the iPhone 4s on iOS 8, forcing some to downgrade back to iOS 7.1.2. So what’s it like to upgrade from iOS 7.1.2 to the latest iOS 8.0.2 software update?
