TSMC announcement could actually be a step backwards for US Apple chips

<p>But a new investment note suggests that it could even represent a backwards step when it comes to making <a href="https://9to5mac.com/guides/aapl/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Apple[/url] chips in the US … </p>
